  3. I   Installing the client software

  5. 1. You must have Apples System 7.0 or greater installed on your Mac.
  6.     
  7. 2. Drag 'The Virtual Meeting' folder from the Conferencing Tools disk on to your hard disk.
  8.     
  9. 3. Drag all the Samples on the sample disk into the 'The Virtual Meetingâ•’ folder you just created.
  10.     
  11. 4. You will need some Communications tools and QuickTime installed in the Extensions Folder inside your system Folder. You will find the Communications tools in the Extensions folder on the System Extensions disk.
  12.     
  13. Copy the following Comm tools into your Extensions folder.
  14. Apple Modem Tool
  15. Serial Tool
  16. AppleTalk ADSP Tool
  17. TTY Tool
  18. VT102 Tool
  19. TTYFont
  20. Text Tool
  21. XMODEM Tool
  22.     
  23. Copy the following System Extensions into your Extensions folder.
  24. QuickTime¬
  25.     
  26. 5. Plug the Microguard ( if you have one ) Into the ADB Port or keyboard.

  28. 6. Restart Your macintosh
  29.     
  30. 7. That's all there is to it.
